Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kunxite Solutions's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services Description
Kunxite Solutions provides IT software services including but not limited to:
- Custom software development
- Web and mobile application development
- Cloud solutions and migration
- IT consulting and support services
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Make timely payments as agreed
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed software. However:
- Kunxite Solutions retains rights to general methodologies and know-how
- Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
- Kunxite Solutions may use project experience for future development
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Client business information
- Project specifications and requirements
- Proprietary data and processes
7. Limitation of Liability
Kunxite Solutions's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Data loss not caused by our negligence
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Work product completed to date will be delivered
- Confidentiality obligations continue
